A Little Bit of Focus Can Go a Loooong Way

The other day, my daughter was home sick and my husband and I were juggling parenting duties and work.

We took turns, one staying with her while the other worked, and then switched.

With less time to work in the day, I had to make sure when I was working I was hyper focused. I knew exactly what I needed to get done and that I didn’t have long to do it.

Crazy thing is, [FIRST NAME GOES HERE], I think I got more done in that day than I do every other day sitting in my office.

Because I was focused and intentional with my time.

And I realized that this is true in motherhood, too. I don’t need a full day off, sometimes 30 minutes to myself to be really intentional brings my stress down and grounds me.

What if you don’t need a two week vacation? Or a month away from the kids (hey, we’ve all thought about it) …

Hannah and I created the Reclaim and Restore Retreat for exactly this reason. An intentional, purposely planned four day retreat for moms who need to restore their energy and reclaim their identity. It’s not a two week vacation, it’s a few days, power-packed to leave you feeling new.

And when you’re intentional with that time, the feeling will carry through the coming months— maybe even more than two, unintentional weeks off would.

If you’re feeling worn out and ready for a good, long break, join the waitlist for our retreat happening this fall. We’re planning every little detail for you so you can just show up, be poured into, and leave fully refreshed.

The waitlist will be the first to get more details and be able to save one of the limited seats!

I can’t wait to serve you through this intentional time together.
