Every woman possesses the wisdom and strength to fulfill her potential.
Meet Kelly
I’m a licensed therapist and therapeutically trained coach based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and the founder of Fulfill & Flourish Counseling and Coaching. While my counseling career began with diverse clients, I soon discovered my true passion—supporting women on their motherhood journey.
My own struggles with recurrent miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies revealed the deep lack of emotional support for women trying to conceive (TTC) and navigating postpartum life. Feeling alone and isolated, I realized the urgent need for compassionate, specialized care.
Now, I dedicate my expertise to helping women overcome the mental and emotional challenges of TTC, pregnancy, and motherhood. Through counseling and coaching, I provide the support, guidance, and advocacy women deserve during this transformative phase of life.
When my second daughter was born, I faced unexpected postpartum mood struggles—even with no risk factors and an easy first postpartum experience.
Despite my background in mental health and years of supporting parents, I was shocked by how hard it was to recognize my own needs and find the right support. I couldn’t help but wonder—if I was struggling, how were other new moms managing? That realization fueled my passion for creating accessible, personalized support for moms and moms-to-be.
Now, I combine my personal experience and professional expertise to provide compassionate counseling and coaching for women navigating TTC, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Contact me today to discover how counseling or coaching can help you find balance, confidence, and emotional well-being on your motherhood journey.

By understanding your individual circumstances, I can tailor strategies that align with your goals—whether it’s organizing your thoughts with guided worksheets, prioritizing self-care, creating a postpartum plan, or building a strong support system.
